Get to knowSarah

My superpower is helping people learn and I’ve been designing, developing, and delivering transformational curriculum and programs for over 25 years.

I’ve created and run workshops, programs, and courses covering every type of audience: executives, undergrads, MBAs, children, busy professionals, entrepreneurs and more – online and in-person. I’ve designed and led everything from 30 minute workshops to year-long intensives, in locations ranging from Scotland to Dubai and London to Shanghai. I’ve created and delivered training on diverse topics – from nutrition to negotiation, confidence to coaching, and mediation to mindfulness.

Most importantly, I can show you how to do it too.

I qualified as a teacher in 1996 and as a linguist I knew I wanted to travel the world. That’s exactly what I did for 20 years in some amazing places – from Bermuda to Buenos Aires.

And what I realised in that time, working my way up to lead some world-leading educational organisations, was that the principles of great learning travel far and wide – no matter the country or the language.

Working online I saw lots of marketing, sales advice, and programs that encouraged people to package their skills into courses to scale their business. But no one was talking about the design of the actual programs.

As a life-long learner, I'm a bit of a course junkie. In taking these courses, I could see very clearly the tweaks that would vastly improve the client experience, help embed learning, get better completion rates, and faster, more transformational results.

Moving into senior leadership, I focused on strategic development of learning for all ages, leading organisations through huge curriculum change, accreditation, and improving results. I trained as a coach along the way and began to coach leaders and executives, blending the best of both teaching and coaching worlds to create and run leadership development and coaching programs with organisations around the world.
